Syrius is a 2008 Trakehner colt, dark bay. He is sired by Titulus and out of Slytely Cinnamon a PSB approved Thoroughbred mare by Silent Fox. He has been shown, ponies from an ATV, trailers, clips, bathes, etc. Syrius's sire Titulus scored a perfect 10 at his approvals in Germany and was imported to Canada after completing his performance requirements in Germany. He spent last year showing quite successfully at the 1.4 to 1.5M levels here in the States. Syrius is going to mature around 17.2H and is standing 16.1H already at 20 months. Because he is so large he is still learning to put himself together, but is already quite athletic and a lovely mover too boot. He is a character and loves to play in the round pen and will pick up a rattle can and shake it in his mouth. He will be a force in jumping competition and will also be great in eventing as well because of his lovely trot. Syrius had a voluntary inspection with the ATA in September 2010 and scored 7/8/8. Some comments were "well developed with good frame and muscle. Dry tendons and good muscular development. Good saddle position. Good hind leg separation at canter and good use of hocks at trot." A steal at $10,000!
