PJ is a lovely grey 2009 Trakehner gelding (he and Picardy are full brothers). He is sired by the phenominal stallion Freudenfest who was champion of his stallion approvals. He is out of Persnickety who comes from fabulous Arabian performance lines as well as great Dressage talent through her grandsire Martini *Pg*E*. PJ is very smart and has been quite trainable for his bridling and saddling work. He has been free jumped a few times and has nice form when the fences get a little taller. He is best suited for Dressage as he has WONDERFUL movement with excellent engagement from behind with a powerful hind end. He is very elastic. He is going to mature around 15.2-15.3H so will be best suited for a smaller rider. He will have plenty of talent to compete to the upper levels in Dressage . He has been shown extensively in In-Hand Dressage and open halter. He has twice been HOY with the American Trakehner Association in 2009 as a weanling and in 2010 as a yearling. Priced to sell at $8,500. He is scheduled to be started under saddle in Spring 2012 and his price will definately increase so snatch him up now!
